*Free standard shipping is available on purchases over ₹1200.

Ltd. ​In case of unavailability or large parcels, parcels are sent through BlueDart surface services and some packages through BlueDart Air express services. Delhivery is used in rare cases when the above two options are not available.

Wood is a natural material and the figure or grains may vary in appearance, the unique grain and figure of wood contribute to the inherent beauty of wooden products.
We kindly request you to double-check the product dimensions to ensure it meets your requirements before making a purchase.
If you ordered the wrong product or other specification, we will replace it with the correct product as per your requirements. Please register a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
In case of any damage, we will review the issue within 48 hours and determine the best solution, which may include repair, replacement, or other corrective actions:

Minor damages that can be repaired locally will be reimbursed for genuine repair costs.

Significant damages will be eligible for replacement.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 to 7 days.​
